Pont Gâr - Pure Welsh Soft Smoked White Cheese
Pont Gâr Soft White cheese is produced in West Wales using carefully selected milk, it is made using traditional techniques and is matured for 2 weeks and then carefully smoked over oak chippings to give a delicate flavour.
