Pont Gâr - Pure Welsh Soft White with Garlic and Herb Cheese
Pont Gâr Soft White cheese is produced in West Wales using carefully selected local milk, it is made using traditional techniques with fresh herbs and garlic before being matured in special ripening conditions for up to one month.

Great with fresh salad, biscuits or crusty bread or for use in cooking – try wrapped in foil and barbequed or baked in a hot oven and use as a dip or Chicken breast fillet with a slice melted in the middle wrapped with ham or bacon |
