Pont Gâr - Pure Welsh Soft Blue Cheese
Pont Gâr Soft Blue cheese is produced in West Wales using carefully selected local milk, it is made using traditional techniques with loving care and attention before being matured in special ripening conditions for up to one month.

Great with fresh salad, biscuits or crusty bread or for use in cooking – try wrapped in foil and barbequed or baked in a hot oven and use as a dip or Chicken breast fillet with a slice melted in the middle wrapped with ham or bacon |
